We offer free shipping in the United States Inland.
Note: An additional surcharge is required for remote regions, which will be clearly shown on the checkout page.

All in-stock items, the time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:
1. Processing time: Your package will ship out within 0-2 business days.
2. Shipping time:
- FedEx: Arrive within 2-6 business days.
- Truck Load: Arrive within 3-8 business days.

Pre-order items will be shipped once they are available. The estimated in-stock time will be clearly stated on each product page.

White Glove Delivery Service (Optional Upgrade):

For customers seeking a truly effortless experience, we offer our White Glove Delivery Service as an optional upgrade.

Elevate your delivery with a premium, hassle-free service handled by a dedicated two-person team specializing in high-end furniture. On your scheduled delivery date, the team will:

• Carefully deliver your home theater seating to your room of choice
• Unpack and fully assemble each piece
• Position and set up your seating exactly where you want it
• Remove and dispose of all packaging materials

This service is ideal for those who prefer a seamless, stress-free setup experience, allowing you to enjoy your new Vorlux seating without lifting a finger.

You can select White Glove Delivery at checkout for an additional fee.

Please note:
Business days do not include holidays or weekends.
Cancellation can only be made before the packages are shipped out. If the package is already in transit, the order can not be canceled.
Items shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/DPO/FPO can take 1-2 weeks longer than the quoted shipping times above.
