Returns
We stand behind everything that we sell and will do everything possible to assure you are satisfied. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Return Process

1,To return an item, please email customer service at sales@vorluxseats.com
 to get the return address.
2. If the return is confirmed, please place the item securely in its original packaging and order number must be on Shipping Label, and mail your return to the our designated address.
3. Send the return shipment tracking numbers to sales@vorluxseats.com.

NOTE:
● Before returning an item, customers must contact us to apply for a return. Returned items without Return Merchandise Authorization will not be accepted. If the customer has returned the package without prior authorization, sends to the wrong address, returns an incorrect item, or submits an empty package, VORLUX reserves the right to refuse any compensation.
● All returned seating must be in new, unused condition, free from damage, dirt, or wear, and returned in the original packaging with all accessories included, and have original tags attached. Products that show signs of use, or alteration cannot be accepted for return.
● Customers need to bear shipping costs, and the Return Shipment Tracking Numbers must email to sales@vorluxseats.com
● Order ID Number is also your RMA Number must be on the Shipping Label.
● A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Only received damaged or not as described items can be fully refunded back to the original payment method.


Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are unable to accept returns on the following items:
● Customized or special-order seating made specifically to your requirements (including custom upholstery, size, or layout)
● Clearance or sale items
● Gift cards


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
