To apply a discount code, enter it in the designated box during checkout before completing your order. If you have any trouble, reach out to us, and we can help you apply the code if it's still valid.
Do the seats come assembled?
We offer Free shipping with white-glove service. A dedicated two-person team, specializing in premium furniture handling, will deliver your order on your pre-scheduled date. They’ll carefully move items to your chosen room, unpack, assemble, and position everything perfectly. To complete the seamless experience, we dispose of all packaging materials—leaving you to enjoy your new Vorlux Seats.
Can I customize my home theater seating?
Yes! We offer customization options for leather material, stitching, cup holders, ambient lighting, and more. Please contact us for a quote or bulk order.

How does Vorlux ensure product comfort?
Regarding the comfort of the product, we will try our best to show it to you in the form of videos or pictures. Vorlux's products have undergone thousands of quality inspections. We try our best to take care of every detail. If you have any suggestions about the product experience, you are welcome to leave a message. We will work hard to create a more perfect and comfortable product.
How can I find products that fit my budget?
You can purchase suitable products based on your budget and needs. Vorlux will conduct activities from time to time. You can also consult the customer service team for the latest activity details.
When my order will be shipped?
For ready-to-ship products, we will ship out within 0-2 business days, and for pre-sale products, we will ship within 20-90 days. You can check the shipment progress according to the order number/tracking number. And we will contact you if there is any special case.

How do I know the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order is delayed, please first check the tracking information for any updates. If you are unable to check the reason, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number, customer service did not reply in time can email contact message, we will investigate for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?

If you want to change your order order address, you need to contact online customer service to change it. If the item has been shipped, it cannot be changed. If you need to cancel the order, you need to contact customer service to check the status of the order, the order has been shipped or in the production of the order can not be withdrawn; the pre-sale of the product, the date of the order after 30 days can not be withdrawn.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@vorluxseats.com. If your return is accepted, please place the item securely in its original packaging and order number must be on Shipping Label, and mail your return to the our designated address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How do I exchange an item?
To exchange an item, you'll typically need to return the original item and place a new order for the item you want. We may be able to facilitate an exchange directly if the item is in stock. Contact our customer service for guidance.
What should I do if an item is missing?
If an item is missing from your order, check the packing slip to confirm that it was not supposed to be included. Then, contact our customer service with your order details, and we'll investigate the issue and resolve it for you.
Can I purchase an item that is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, this product is a pre-sale product. You can pre-order this product. You only need to pay 30% of the price of this product first, and the remaining 70% will be paid in one month.
How do I resolve a billing error?
If you notice a billing error, compare the transaction details with your order confirmation. If there's a discrepancy, contact our customer service with the relevant information, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
