Warranty Coverage

1. 5-Year Main Component Warranty

Vorlux provides up to five (5) years of warranty coverage on essential structural and functional components, including:

  • Frame structure
  • Reclining mechanisms
  • Motorized systems
  • Electrical components

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

2. 3-Year Free main Parts Replacement

Within three (3) years from the date of delivery, core components that fail due to non-human damage under normal residential use will be replaced free of charge.

Core components include the frame structure, reclining mechanisms, motorized systems, and electrical parts.

This policy applies to residential use only. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or commercial use is not covered.

3. 1-Year Free Replacement Chair Guarantee

Within the first one (1) year from the date of delivery, if any main component fails due to non-human damage not caused by misuse, improper handling, or external factors, Vorlux will provide a direct replacement Chair.

This replacement policy is designed to offer a faster and more convenient solution compared to traditional repair-based warranties.

What Is Covered

This warranty applies to:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Mechanical or electrical failures
  • Structural issues under normal residential use

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage (including but not limited to burns, cuts, or spills)
  • Improper use, abuse, or negligence
  • Normal wear and tear (including leather wrinkles, stretching, or fading)
  • Improper cleaning or maintenance
  • Commercial, rental, or non-residential use

Residential Use Only

This warranty is strictly valid for indoor residential use only.

Products used in commercial environments, rental properties, or public/institutional settings are not covered under this warranty.

After the Warranty Period

After the applicable warranty period:

  • Replacement parts may still be available
  • Labor, shipping, and service fees may apply

How to Request Warranty Service

To initiate a warranty claim, please provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Order details
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

Our support team will assist you through a simple and efficient resolution process.

Limitation of Liability

Vorlux shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its products beyond the terms of this warranty. All warranty coverage expires at the end of the stated warranty period.
